For consumers in Québec, these Terms and any related consumer contract documents are available in French. An English version may be used only after the French version has been made available and the consumer has expressly chosen to proceed in English, where required by law.
If any provision of these Terms is inconsistent with mandatory consumer protection law, that provision will be interpreted or limited so that it complies with applicable law, and the rest of the Terms will continue to apply.

Current service descriptions, prices, durations, pass terms, booking rules, lesson formats, and available amenities are those displayed on the Studio’s website, booking platform, point-of-sale system, or written agreement at the time of purchase.
The Studio may update prices, offerings, amenities, schedules, lesson formats, and operational rules for future purchases or future terms. Any such change applies prospectively only and not retroactively to services already purchased, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
The Studio may offer different pricing during different periods of the year, including summer pricing and winter pricing, but the underlying pass or service may remain the same.

The Studio may offer, among other things: - simulator or bay bookings; - private golf lessons; - semi-private golf lessons; - junior golf lessons; - private, semi-private, and junior lesson packs; - fixed-term Studio Passes; and - ancillary member amenities or services made available from time to time.
Each service is subject to the exact description shown at the time of purchase.
5. Bookings and Attendance
Bookings are subject to availability, scheduling limits, posted opening hours, capacity limits, and operational rules. You are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time of a booking, lesson, or session.
The Studio may set reasonable limits on how far in advance bookings may be made, how many future reservations may be held at once, and how member booking privileges may be used.
Bookings are subject to availability, scheduling limits, posted opening hours, capacity limits, and operational rules. You are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time of a booking, lesson, or session.

7. Gym Access and Member Amenities
Gym access is available to active Studio Pass holders only and is subject to all posted rules, staff directions, safety requirements, and operational restrictions.
The gym has a maximum occupancy of 6 persons at one time.
The Studio may temporarily restrict, suspend, or discontinue access to the gym, showers, temporary lockers, simulator areas, or other amenities for maintenance, cleaning, repairs, safety, programming, staffing, or other operational reasons.
Access to amenities is a privilege offered subject to availability and does not create a guarantee of uninterrupted access at all times.
Gym access is available to active Studio Pass holders only and is subject to all posted rules, staff directions, safety requirements, and operational restrictions.
The gym has a maximum occupancy of 6 persons at one time.
The Studio may temporarily restrict, suspend, or discontinue access to the gym, showers, temporary lockers, simulator areas, or other amenities for maintenance, cleaning, repairs, safety, programming, staffing, or other operational reasons.
Access to amenities is a privilege offered subject to availability and does not create a guarantee of uninterrupted access at all times.
8. Temporary Lockers and Bag Storage
The Studio may make small lockers available to members for temporary day-use storage only, subject to availability and Studio rules.
No permanent locker rights are granted unless expressly agreed in writing by the Studio.
Bag storage may be offered as a separate paid service to active members, subject to availability, separate fees, and any additional storage policy adopted by the Studio.
The Studio is not an insurer of items left in lockers, showers, bag storage areas, or elsewhere on the
premises. Clients should not leave cash, valuables, or irreplaceable items at the Studio.
The Studio may make small lockers available to members for temporary day-use storage only, subject to availability and Studio rules.

The Studio may offer 3-lesson, 6-lesson, and 12-lesson packs for private, semi-private, and junior lessons.
Unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase: - lesson packs are valid only for the lesson category purchased; - lesson packs are not locked to a specific coach; - lesson packs may be redeemed with participating coaches, subject to availability and scheduling; - lesson packs do not expire; and - lesson packs are not redeemable for cash.
If a coach leaves the Studio or becomes unavailable, remaining lessons may be completed with another participating coach, subject to availability.
The Studio may offer 3-lesson, 6-lesson, and 12-lesson packs for private, semi-private, and junior lessons.
Unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase: - lesson packs are valid only for the lesson category purchased; - lesson packs are not locked to a specific coach; - lesson packs may be redeemed with participating coaches, subject to availability and scheduling; - lesson packs do not expire; and - lesson packs are not redeemable for cash.

Junior lessons are intended for participants under 16 years of age (U16) unless a different age rule is clearly stated for the specific service.
A parent or legal guardian must register or purchase for a minor participant and is responsible for the minor’s booking, attendance, conduct, emergency contact information, and any required consents or acknowledgements.

If a client or member repeatedly books and fails to attend, repeatedly late-cancels, holds reservations in a manner inconsistent with Studio rules, shares access improperly, or otherwise abuses the booking system, the Studio may: - issue warnings; - limit booking privileges; - restrict future reservations; - suspend access; or - terminate access for material or repeated abuse, subject to applicable law.

All clients, members, guests, parents, and participants must comply with Studio rules, including the following: - clean indoor footwear only where required; - no dangerous, reckless, or abusive conduct; - no entry into an active hitting area or simulator bay without permission; - use equipment only as intended; - follow all posted safety rules and staff directions; - no smoking or vaping inside the facility; - no illegal drugs or impairment while using the Studio; and - respectful conduct toward staff, coaches, members, guests, and other clients.
The Studio may refuse entry, remove a person, or suspend access where reasonably necessary for safety, operations, non-payment, or repeated breach of these Terms.

Golf instruction, simulator use, training, gym use, and movement within the Studio involve inherent risks, including risks of bodily injury, property damage, falls, impact from clubs or balls, muscle strain, equipment misuse, and equipment malfunction.
By participating, you acknowledge those inherent risks and agree to follow Studio rules and staff instructions at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto or left on the premises.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
